My latest abstract acrylic on canvas has a companion that I'm still working on. This piece was inspired by the work of Joan Miro. (I love the simplicity of his work and his flirtation with non-objectivity.) I used gold and different blue tones to depict this abstract dance of ocean and sun on a 23 x 23 inch canvas.
A close look at the sun in my latest acrylic on canvas work. This piece took days to get the gold sun to look the way I wanted it. I'm thrilled with how it turned out.
